Our History

 Sherwood Park Baptist Church was founded by the Reverend Ray Harsh in 1963 as a Gospel-centered, Bible believing church with Psalms 122:1 as our driving verse. "I was glad when they said to me, "Let us go to the house of Yahweh." (Ps. 122:1 LSB) Over the last sixty years, SPBC has been teaching and preaching God's Word, spreading the Gospel, building relationships, ministering to families, and has been shepherded by ten pastors over the history of the church! So, come and see! Come and let us go to the house of Yahweh.
